Buying cars can be emotional as it is an expensive purchase; and feels kind of "final". There is no doubt dealers and sales people vary; and also sometimes a situation feels bad depending on what side of it you are on. I found Germain to be 5-stars because Tony was super responsive when I inquired about a specific car. He is a long time professional. He was there to explain the Lyriq to us and give us a guided tour before giving us space to drive around ourselves. Here is where car buying, I think can get complicated; but it doesn't have to be. I found a few cosmetic issues on the car; you should inspect it yourself. I presented my concerns. An important point; Tony / Germain do not need to fix these things; if they think selling the car as-is at X price is right, then that is totally cool. I do think maybe they should have highlighted the damage; but that is a grey area and I'm not judging. Tony and the team looked at it; gave me some options and I agreed that the car worked for me if they could resolve a couple items. No weird back and forth. Again if I wasn't comfortable; I could have said no to this car and moved to a different Lyriq. The 5-star for Tony is we had a misunderstanding that was not his fault or mine. A third-party aggregator lists the dealer fees as included in the price with a GREEN check suggesting it is confirmed. But Germain's site lists the fees separate and VERY CLEAR. This was not a massive amount of money. I only read the aggregator site; which was my fault. Tony was cool about it and after the sale, when he didn't have to do anything, he hooked me up with an adapter. Outside of that situation he also gave us a cool Cadillac bag with the charging cables as they were missing from this vehicle. Yeah an EV without a charging cable is crazy; but I have read about it happening. Last, finance was super easy. I didn't need it; but I wanted to finance some of the car. Super easy, no fees, no trying to sell a warranty, or other junk. It took 10 minutes or less to sign all the papers. Your experience might be different if you need something complex. Tony was the perfect amount of hands on and hands off.

I absolutely love Jeremy and Cara's attitude. From the moment I arrived they greeted me with care. Jeremy was super supportive and gave me the best support with my car and Cara sweet warm smile at check out was by far amazing. These two definitely make me appreciate coming to Cadillac for my services and I shall return and possibly by another Cadillac if the sales department can match their energy

Maintain fluids, oil change, tire rotation, checked underneath. All ok.
