Germain Cadillac of Easton is ON TOP OF IT! My first Cadillac - the fabulous XT6 needed a tire replaced (picked up on travels) due to nail in rim. My associate there, Nicholas, responded to my late afternoon text on Saturday about getting service 1st thing Monday (8A open) & a ride to work. Buying cars can be emotional as it is an expensive purchase; and feels kind of "final". There is no doubt dealers and sales people vary; and also sometimes a situation feels bad depending on what side of it you are on. I found Germain to be 5-stars because Tony was super responsive when I inquired about a specific car. He is a long time professional. He was there to explain the Lyriq to us and give us a guided tour before giving us space to drive around ourselves. Here is where car buying, I think can get complicated; but it doesn't have to be. I found a few cosmetic issues on the car; you should inspect it yourself. I presented my concerns. An important point; Tony / Germain do not need to fix these things; if they think selling the car as-is at X price is right, then that is totally cool. I do think maybe they should have highlighted the damage; but that is a grey area and I'm not judging. Tony and the team looked at it; gave me some options and I agreed that the car worked for me if they could resolve a couple items. No weird back and forth. Again if I wasn't comfortable; I could have said no to this car and moved to a different Lyriq. The 5-star for Tony is we had a misunderstanding that was not his fault or mine. A third-party aggregator lists the dealer fees as included in the price with a GREEN check suggesting it is confirmed. But Germain's site lists the fees separate and VERY CLEAR. This was not a massive amount of money. I only read the aggregator site; which was my fault. Tony was cool about it and after the sale, when he didn't have to do anything, he hooked me up with an adapter. Outside of that situation he also gave us a cool Cadillac bag with the charging cables as they were missing from this vehicle. Yeah an EV without a charging cable is crazy; but I have read about it happening. Last, finance was super easy. I didn't need it; but I wanted to finance some of the car. Super easy, no fees, no trying to sell a warranty, or other junk. It took 10 minutes or less to sign all the papers. Your experience might be different if you need something complex. Tony was the perfect amount of hands on and hands off.

I absolutely love Jeremy and Cara's attitude. From the moment I arrived they greeted me with care. Jeremy was super supportive and gave me the best support with my car and Cara sweet warm smile at check out was by far amazing. These two definitely make me appreciate coming to Cadillac for my services and I shall return and possibly by another Cadillac if the sales department can match their energy

I have had (2) service appointments scheduled and both times upon arrival they said that I was not on the schedule but they would squeeze me in since I had proof of the appointment. I have a new Escalade have complained about the computer in truck constantly changing times and the vehicle stating I am not connected but phone states it is. This hasn’t been resolved. I have a small blemish in paint and was told I had to take somewhere else and I paid for the paint protection when I bought the car.

Terrific experience purchasing my Escalade long distance from Germain. Robert was the sales consultant that I worked with, his communication and follow up were outstanding every step of the process. The Business Manager, James was instrumental in working out the details of my extended warranty. If you are looking for a new or pre owned vehicle I would suggest looking at Germain Cadillac.

A shop noticed an issue with an axle seal only a couple weeks after I purchased my car from Germain. When I went back to bring it up to them, as I thought it had been fixed before, they offered to get it scheduled for service to look at it. The service was quick and they took care of everything at no cost to me. Everyone was super helpful and overall was a great experience, buying and servicing.

I had a great experience working with Rakiyah Reid at Germain Cadillac of Easton. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout what turned out to be a more complicated purchase than expected. I purchased a Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned LYRIQ, and I initially became interested in the vehicle while I was unable to see it in person. Because I was considering purchasing a CPO vehicle from about two hours away, I had a lot of questions before committing to the purchase. Rakiyah was incredibly helpful throughout that process. She took detailed walkaround videos of the LYRIQ for me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had a good understanding of the vehicle even though I couldn’t see it up close myself. I arranged a one way rental and planned to drive two hours to Columbus to complete the purchase and drive the LYRIQ home. Unfortunately, just before I was getting ready to leave for Columbus, I was informed that the vehicle was delayed because of an outstanding panoramic roof replacement. Despite the last minute change of plans, Rakiyah worked with me to find a solution. Since I had already arranged the rental specifically for the trip, Rakiyah and Germain offered to reimburse my rental expense and ultimately arranged to have the LYRIQ delivered to me once the repair was completed. The roof replacement ultimately took longer than expected, but Rakiyah continued communicating with me and checking on the vehicle with the service department. She was always responsive and treated me with patience and respect throughout the process. I never felt like I was being ignored or that my concerns weren’t important. What stood out most was Rakiyah’s willingness to advocate for me and find solutions when things didn’t go according to plan. Buying a vehicle from two hours away, particularly a CPO vehicle that I initially hadn’t been able to see in person, required a lot of trust. Rakiyah’s communication, detailed walkaround videos, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. I really appreciate Rakiyah Reid’s communication, professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Rakiyah Reid to anyone looking for a Cadillac, especially if you’re purchasing from out of town.

Recently purchased a certified used Lyriq and the sales department was great, particularly our salesman, Dameon. He was knowledgeable, honest, and didn't keep pushing me to make a purchase. We discovered a couple of post purchase deficiencies, that were fairly minor and he got them resolved quickly while we there to pick up a second key that needed programmed. It's been a great car buying experience. I'd recommend them to anyone in the market.
