Needed some major service; ABS/Stabilizer sensor, rear brakes and routine oil change. Brent worked me in an already tight schedule, since I had to go out of town. He is always an upfront, accommodating and customer focused service manager. I have 3 Cadis, all serviced @ Germain in part due to the service support and customer focus tact of Brent.

I made the mistake of switching to Jeep between my last Cadillac purchases- and I can tell you, after experiencing a different service department… I will not be switching again (God willing). A note to all of the dealerships out there- your vehicles are nothing if you cannot stand behind the vehicle, and offer amazing service. The buyer experience should not end once the purchase takes place- especially if you expect them to purchase with you again.

While in for an oil change, they found a defective part to be replaced under warranty. Also, there was a bulletin about some sort of transmission issue and they fixed that, too. Fast, courteous, friendly all around,p but Brent and Angela were especially helpful.

Brent was good from the start when I pulled in and was accurate with the timing of the service. He was also attentive to any questions as I am particular about having good service and how the car is after service (I’ve experienced tools being left under the hood and interior scuffs or grease smudges at other dealerships). All came out clean and I could tell the mechanic was conscientious. Overall a very good experience!

Michael the sales manager made sure my experience was top notch and found me a great interest rate!! Pam the finance manager gave me multiple options to make sure my vehicle is covered until 80,000 miles.
